Bed Liner for Pristine Interiors
The bed of your truck is where the bulk of your cargo is carried. It would do you good to provide it with some protection with bed liners. This protection works in two ways:
- Your truck is protected from scratches and bumps from boxes and metals
- Your cargo is provided an insulation of sorts especially needed on bumpy roads.
Truck bed liners come with a range of features. They however, fall in two particular categories. One is a drop in and the other is a spray on version. Each of them has their own characteristics and you need to evaluate these in order to understand, which will work the best for you.
Drop-in bed liners are the simplest to install and even remove. They come with thick strong bases giving the truck the kind of protection it needs against dents and the like. They last you a long time and are relatively low-maintenance. You can place one over the bedrail for added protection or you could slide it underneath. Drop-in bed liners are made of a number of materials and you will have to decide on the kind you would like depending on what you tend to carry in the back of your truck. Plastic bed liners are quite common and there are a number of varieties of this as well.
Another version of bed liners are the spray-on variety. They are not as thick as drop-in bed versions, but they do the job just as well, especially when it comes to everyday minor dents. These sprays can be applied to any part of the body panel. This means that they can be sprayed onto the inner sides of the truck and the panels of the truck bed’s floor. They are quite easy to clean and you can get them in a large variety of colors.
